Find your tickets
When you order tickets on Mine Event Ticket, a confirmation is sent to the email address you entered for the order. This article will explain where to find your ticket, what to do if it's missing, and what information is included with a ticket.
Request a refund
Third-party event organizers create and manage the events on Mine Event Ticket. They’re responsible for setting their own refund policies and issuing refunds. If you want a refund for your tickets, send a request to the event organizer.
Contact the event organizer
Mine Event Ticket is a self-service platform, which means third party organizers create and manage their own events. If you have questions about an event, see if the information you need is on the event listing. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, select Contact the organizer on the event listing. If you already have a ticket, you can also contact the organizer by going to Tickets in your Mine Event Ticket account. Mine Event Ticket can't answer questions about an event on the organizer's behalf.
Transfer tickets to someone else
It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address (if you see the option). This does not remove the ticket from your Mine Event Ticket account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim tickets when you save the change. If you purchased tickets from a third-party seller (not the event listing) or had tickets purchased on your behalf, you won't be able to log in and update the information on the original order. The original ticket buyer needs to perform the transfer in this case or contact the event organizer for assistance.
Edit your order information
To edit order information like your name or email address, go to “Tickets” in your Mine Event Ticket account. Choose the order you want to update and click “Edit”. If you want to change to a different ticket type, follow these steps instead.
